Your career journey starts on your first day with a welcome session that includes an introduction to our all-important ‘Yes I Can!’ service philosophy. Your induction process lasts from 2 – 90 days depending on your role and includes both off- and on-the-job training.

TRAINING WITH IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL

In 2016, we became the first hospitality group to join forces with Imperial College London Business School, with a 10-year dedicated programme. We recognise the importance of training our senior leadership and future senior leaders, to help them progress.

This investment shows our commitment and investment in senior staff, year after year. 250 Edwardian Hotels London employees will be able to take part in this programme, allowing them to broaden their experiences and learn from other industries.
