Partner with us

Partner with Edwardian Hotels London

We are an independent and dynamic hospitality group which values our deep-rooted partnerships, because we know that they strengthen and future-proof our business. For several decades, we have contributed to the fabric of the neighbourhoods in which our hotels are located, and we seek out relationships to complement this ongoing commitment.

Our partners are just like us. They are ambitious. They are pioneers. They are prepared to do things differently. They are welcoming. They are supportive. They understand the power of collaboration. Most importantly, they share our belief in the importance of being exceptional.

As a family-run hotel business we are unique. The diversity and long-standing nature of our network of partners is also unusual. We are a trusted link between key organisations across the Arts and culture, trade, education and technology sectors.

Our partnerships network allows us to give our guests outstanding experiences and life-long memories. They help us to empower our people to deliver excellent service and become the leaders of tomorrow. They enable us to show our support for, and deepen our connections to the cities where we are based.

Arts and Culture

Our passion for Arts and Culture runs throughout our business. We truly believe that the incredible breadth of everything on offer in the UK, from stand-up comedy to opera to pantomime, inspires our people and guests to think creatively.

We are located moments away from some of the most prestigious theatres and museums in the world. Our properties have been designed to accommodate screenings, installations and window displays. Their central locations position them as a gateway for many of our guests to experience everything from exhibitions and musicals to ballet.

We are also proud that The May Fair Hotel has a long history of being The Official Hotel of London Fashion Week, and The Official Hotel of the London Film Festival.

Our partners include: The Almeida Theatre, The London Asian Film Festival, the British Fashion Council, The British Film Institute, the Donmar, English National Opera, the National Theatre, Royal Court Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company, Sundance Film Festival, the V&A and West End shows such as Harry Potter and the cursed child and Life of Pi.

We know that technology allows us to progress our business. It empowers our Hosts to give a seamless service. It ensures that our meeting rooms are cutting edge. It allows us to offer guests a true home from home experience, so that they can use devices, access the internet and watch TV effortlessly. Our partners are experts in providing quality, end-to-end services and products to help us give our guests and staff what they need, and when they need it.

One of our most significant partnerships is with BT, so that our guests can enjoy fast, free and unlimited Wi-Fi, up to 150Mbps, with as many devices as they desire across our properties, ensuring on-going reliability of streaming.

Education & Training

We are a responsible business investing back into the cities where we are based. We believe in the importance of supporting the local economy through providing skills-based learning for our people. We are working to develop our industry’s future decision-makers through education and practical training. We want our Hosts of tomorrow to know that we will give them the tools that they need to be successful.

We are dedicated to the personal growth of our people and our 10-year relationship with Imperial College London Business School is testament to that. We are providing staff with not only increased business acumen, but also broadening their experiences and understanding of the world as a whole.

We are committed to supporting a number of charities each year, many of which are within our local communities. We offer support through the skills of our employees and the business’ own resources. We also provide an access fund for our staff each month, which allows them to nominate a charity which is close to their heart to support.

We are delighted to be the official corporate fundraising partner to Cancer Research UK, with funds raised by the wider company going to the Francis Crick Institute in London, a world-leading centre of biomedical research and innovation.

Membership Associations & Trade Partnerships

We think our business is stronger when we work alongside others. Our industry is constantly evolving and we feel that collaborating with other experts allows us to keep learning. We sit at the table with key sector organisations and we are at the heart of decision-making about the future of London as a global city.

Our relationships with multiple membership associations and trade partnerships enables us to grow, but also gives us the opportunity to share our knowledge with others.

Finally, in recognition of the work we do alongside all of our partners, Edwardian Hotels London was awarded Superbrands status in 2017 for its remarkable hotels, from the stylish boutiques to luxury on the grandest scale, and chic bars and restaurants. We have joined the list of the UK’s strongest brands creating unforgettable experiences.

Training with Imperial College London Business School

In 2016, we became the first hospitality group to join forces with Imperial College London Business School, with a 10 year dedicated programme. We recognise the importance of training our senior leadership and future senior leaders, to help them progress.

This investment shows our commitment and investment in senior staff, year after year. 250 Edwardian Hotels London employees will be able to take part in this programme, allowing them to broaden their experiences and learn from other industries.

Cancer Research UK and The Crick

The Frances Crick Institute in London, founded in part by Cancer Research UK, is a pioneering programme which is helping to understand why disease develops and to translate those discoveries into new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat illnesses.

Edwardian Hotels London is committed to a long-term fundraising partnership with Cancer Research UK funding the Francis Crick, with the ambition of raising two million pounds over seven years.
